A Balanced View Of The Market Sell-Off
« on: February 09, 2018, 08:45:24 AM »
There's a lot of back-patting because these guys made bank off option straddles the last couple of weeks, but I think they are fairly spot on  with respects to the forces that are in play. Just an audio.

The ten year is still stalled out. What's going on today is all about margin calls and repositioning due to all the volatility and weakness this week, imho.

At about 1pm NYC time it looks to me like the market is trying to turn back up. If we don't make new lows today, the battle will resume on Monday.

It was looking pretty grim, but there might be a stick-save shaping up. It looks like the battle won't be over today. The end of the world is going to be put off until Monday at least, looks like.
