This supreme seafood delicacy forces me to break with my traditions and offer up an extremely delicate unimposing white wine to enhance being careful not to mask the delicate savory magnificence of this King Crab delight.

Dear Lord of the Seas Neptune thank you so much for this treasure from the clear pristine oceans of Alaska.    :icon_sunny:

Another excellent choice from the Diner Chief Sommelier!

At first it seemed to rustic and ordinary setting for the Culinary Art thread. Something drew me back to it for a second and then a third look.

Then on the final close perusal I realized what an absolutely magnificent photo of the shellfish treasure this dish was. It's beauty is its natural state. What an artist is Mother Nature Diners, the Grandest master of them all.

Could any creation better fit the wise saying that "One Dines with his Eyes"   :icon_sunny:

How lovely and what care and eye appeal for such a simple dish.

The lox appears as petals on a flower at first glance. Only Mother Nature has such a pinkish orange brilliant pastel color in her palette.
