I am not willing to dismiss the mysterious. I have experienced the mysterious, in a variety of ways.

We don't understand the world.

I do think the world is more like a musical masterpiece than it is like anything else.

This is a great video. I'm not sure what has and what has not been posted as far as JP videos at this point, but this is truly a man after my own heart.  He doesn't have all the answers but he sure  knows how to ask the right questions. An honest man of good (maybe great) intellect, who is not afraid to talk about the limits of his own understanding. No dogma. A searcher for real truth.
 
I suspect I will eventually read everything he's ever written, just because I'm curious about what he might have to say about just about anything.

I've been interested in archetypes myself, since I ran across this book when it was reviewed in the Last Whole Earth Catalog in about 1972.



One of those little books that packs a lot of wallop. I've returned to it several times over the years to revisit. I ordered it (thanks, Whole Earth Truck Store) and read it and underlined a lot of sentences (back when I was a teenager) , but it's taken me a lifetime to really come to a real understanding. I think I get it, more or less. Highly recommended for anyone who hasn't read any Jung.
