I'm not sure what you want to achieve but I have beaucoup d'musique that that is not accessed via itunes website. You do have to use itunes the software on your computer and the itunes app to play the music on an iphone. You can 'add to library' using the itunes software on your mac or pc (either mp3s or CD tracks) and then select the track for inclusion on your iphone/ipad/ipod when you sync. At least that's the way I do it.

That's how it is supposed to work, except it wouldn't do it unless I registered the Iphone on the Apple Itunes website and forked over a credit card number.

I guessed when and where this file was created but RE's - Tale of Two Depressions has been converted to pdf format (can't figure why it does not show title on attachment.)

Regular Diners may be curious about some of the Empty Threads popping up here related to t Diner Webzine.  I will attempt to explain what is going on.

As mentioned at the beginning of this thread, Monsta666 has taken on the ENORMOUS project of turning Diner Articles into a Webzine you can store on a MicroSD Card in pdf format for when the Internet Goes Dark, and also Print Out onto Acid Free Paper for when the Electric Grid Goes Dark also.

There are of course a LOT of articles here, so we are now Organizing this up into Monthly Issues of the Diner Webzine.  Monsta is nearly done with the Inaugural Feb 2012 Issue, which we will Publish on the Diner 1 Year Anniversary Date of Feb 2013. Over time, hopefully we will Catch Up so the Webzine gets published shortly after the month is completed, but that will take some time.

The new Diner Webzine Board will catelogue the pdfs, txts and flv files that Monsta creates, available to varying degrees depending on your Membership Profile.  The Monthly Issue when in comes out  will be available to Guests, but will not have the Native Videos embedded in the files.  They will come as YouTube Links and avalable only with an Internet Connection.

This whole File structure is exceedingly complicated to set up, so forgive extraneous posts that turn up in the process.

Monsta has informed me that the First issue of the Diner Webzine for February of 2012 is now complete, and runs around 51 pages.  I wrote an Introduction also for it, which I will publish here on the Diner on the Anniversary Date of Feb 19th.

I will also start a thread in the Kitchen Sink, "Why I am a Diner" for any Diner who wishes to contribute an essay on why you come here for your Daily Dose of Doom:icon_mrgreen:  I will compile all of them for Publication also on Feb 19th.

If the 50 pages is average, the full year of Diner Blogs should run around 600 pages, which we will compile as an e-book in pdf form to store in your microSD card library and Print Out on Acid Free paper and Bind with a nice Leather Cover to give to your Grandchildren for Christmas.  LOL.

Try to be around on Feb 19th for the Anniversary Party.  BYOB and Smokables.

Diner Webzine on ScribD
« Reply #28 on: February 18, 2013, 05:54:21 AM »
The first 2 Issues of the Diner Webzine are now UP on ScribD

There is also now a Drop Down Menu Item on the Blog pages with links to the Monthly Issues of the Diner Webzine on ScribD.

I also turned on automatic Facepalming, so this should go out to all my "Friends" on Facepalm, if I have any.  LOL.  Seriously I have no clue how that is supposed to work.

Surly however as the resident Diner Facepalm Pro here should be able to get it up there as well.

This is wonderful work. Hat tips to Monsta666 for his diligence and hard work in assembling these, and to RE for getting them on Scribd.

Each is now posted on the DD FB page!
