Bernardo Bellotto (1720 – 1780) was a painter of the Venetian school. He was also known as Canaletto Bellotto or Canaletto the Younger, as he studied under his uncle, a famous painter of the time. His paintings were well-renowned for the careful details that Bellotto included in his scenes.
