What matters is what you do with your life today.  What matters is what you invest the hours of your day doing.  If you just invest the hours of your day combing the internet looking for doom and gloom.  You know if what you're doing is not bringing you a better life right now stop doing it okay.  So all i'm here to say is that live to fight another day go back regroup!  I'm not saying don't resist things that you don't perceive to be illegitimate.  I'm just saying that just keep in mind that the majority of your life is dictated by what you do and not by what somebody else does.  Don't put yourself in the cross hairs.  Don't be anybody's pawn.  Get out there.  Get prepped.  Stay ready.  Keep your head on a swivel.

Mostly I just kept staring at the hoodie thinking how stupid it looked.

This guy seems to mean well.....I think he gets some of it right, more or less. Maybe actions of the extreme right do run to more successful real violence (like a McVey) but this little rumble down at the Capitol was extremely poorly planned and executed. A real coup on that day could have taken out the whole congress...instead we had a rioter shot and a cop beaten to death.....five deaths are claimed but only two of them seem to have been noticed by most people. I have no idea about the other three. Maybe they died of COVID. Nobody was wearing masks.

I watched the whole thing on YT in real time.....and it was ridiculous once the initial tense 30 minutes went by and the  congressmen were hustled offsite.It was like a busload of hicks touring the Capitol with no police presence. No objectives were met, no prisoners taken, no demands made, no...no nothing. Some coup. Most of them obviously didn’t expect to immediately be arrested for acts of treason. Bunch of dumbasses.

Exactly, yet you insist that Trump deserves to be impeached and criminally prosecuted for a completely unorganized riot, which would not have even escalated to the shitty level it did if the Capitol police were not inept? Doesn't add up. But the Dems agree and want to take it further, much further. They want senators to resign and face charges for exercising free speech on the senate floor, along with eventually forcing all conservative voices out of the marketplace of ideas whether they supported Trump's election challenges or not. These are unprecedented and unconstitutional actions they are taking as soon as they get a whiff of power and they are doing it like it is all perfectly normal behavior. Fascism to the core.

No I think impeachment would be another stupid move by the Democrats.....that has a high percentage chance of biting them on the ass and being as ineffective as the first impeachment....because it depends on 17 Republicans voting with the Dems in the Senate. Still far from a given in my book.

I’d like to see Trump tried in federal court for every crime he’s committed since being elected, starting with violating the Emoluments Clause...and maybe Sedition, or whatever the appropriate crime is to charge him for inciting a riot...he did do that.

I’m not an attorney, but I read all those old OLC opinions that everybody cites. They don’t say a President can’t be indicted. They just say it’s bad policy because it might interfere with the POTUS in the performance of his duties....I think we need cases that establish decent precedents in this grey area that has so much danger...it needs to be spelled out....and not by the congress, in my view.

I know what you and others would like to see, which is why we have the Constitutional rule of law and bill of rights - so the 'majority' or a vocal minority possessed by ideology cannot let their unreasoned passions take over and destroy the fabric of American society. There is NO legal basis for trying him or any other republicans for anything they said or did. No crimes were committed. You may think I am just saying that because I hate the left and like Trump, which is fine... I am not going to bother teaching a Constitutional law class here for you. I have actual clients who need my help because the LEFT has committed crimes against humanity with their unnecessary lockdowns, propaganda, censorship, and stubborn refusal to hold China, the most dangerous country on the planet by far, to account for any of their crimes against humanity (perhaps because the leftist ideologues make billions of dollars doing deals with the Communists, who are meanwhile torturing their own people, enslaving Africans in Africa, trying to destroy Oz and America, and unleashed a pandemic from a virus which was likely genetically engineered by them on purpose). Man, you guys really have your priorities straight here... let's impeach and try Trump for crimes 8 days before he leaves office. I bet if I looked at your browser history or your hard drive all I would see is revenge porn or, in the case of K-Dog, snuff films.

Why should the red one be different then the orange one?



Same with drone strikes and hits on Iranian Generals.



The POTUS gets amnesty for murder.
