I know exactly what you mean. Let me tell you why youíre here. Youíre here because you know something. What you know you canít explain, but you feel it. Youíve felt it your entire life, that thereís something wrong with the world.
You donít know what it is but its there, like a splinter in your mind

I saw Randy Newman a month or so back. In Texas, they still request this song. AG is probably right about racism....but maybe this song was just meant to be satirical. I don't think Randy is really a racist. He just grew up in NOLA.

If I were Larry McMurtry, I'd be proud of my son. Not many kids of famous people are so in touch with the zeitgeist of our time.

Rows and flows of angel hair
And ice cream castles in the air
                                                            And feather canyons everywhere,
I've looked at clouds that way.
But now they only block the sun,
They rain and snow on everyone
So many things I would have done,
But clouds got in my way.
I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down and still somehow
                                                            It's cloud's illusions I recall

Perhaps my all time favorite singer. She claims to suffer from Morgellon's Syndrome, which seems to be a mental problem rather than a real physical ailment, as best as I can tell.

Karma of fame.

If ever The Good Lord decided to gift someone with a special voice, it was this young lady Eddie.

They say she squandered her talent by heavy smoking and such, don't know how much is true or the extent, but what a Heavenly Voice.
