And Now For the Really Serious Doom
« on: June 29, 2016, 11:42:24 AM »
This is from ZH, and I have no idea how reliable it is, but I find it a little scary if there is even a shred of truth to it. Food shortages on the near term horizon.

I know exactly what you mean. Let me tell you why youíre here. Youíre here because you know something. What you know you canít explain, but you feel it. Youíve felt it your entire life, that thereís something wrong with the world.
You donít know what it is but its there, like a splinter in your mind

The ZH report says shortages won't begin until 2020 and the report's scope is the entire world so don't panic yet.  For now it is still PARTY ON!  We have different definitions of what a near term horizon is.

Nevertheless it is good to take John Greer's advice and collapse now and avoid the rush!

How long will Pinto Beans stay good?
Under ideal conditions of temperature and pressure the organism will grow without limit.

The few hundred pounds I'm holding should be good for 25 years or so, in those vacuum sealed buckets. I'm counting the black beans too. I like variety.

2020 is soon in my book. And large scale famine impacts everybody, in one way or another. We may need more walls.

I prefer Canned fish and Garbanzo beans, great eating right out of the can.

Sardines, Anchovies, Tuna, Mackerel, no salmon for me, don't like it.

Scrumptious, right from the can even.
