I recommend the Quantum Light Breath for a meditation aid. Don't sample it. Commit to 90 minutes and just breath and listen and follow the instructions. Don't do it drunk or high.

I recommend watching 200 Motels from Frank Zappa followed immediately thereafter by an ELP Concert at Madison Square Garden with the full 70 member London Symphony Orchestra after dropping two fine tabs of 1970s Vintage LSD.  Best trip I ever took.  I know I got down to the theater by subway, but I'm still not sure how I made it from the movie theater in Greenwich Village to Madison Square Garden or how I made it back to the dorm.

I also saw Rocky Horror there years later, shortly before they closed.

I first saw Rocky Horror as a stage play in Oz when I was around 14 or 15.  I had the original Oz cast album.  I loved the rendition of "Touch-a-Touch Me" on that album, it was way better than the movie version of the song.

While I was in college, the movie was playing nightly for the midnight show of the Waverly Theater in Greenwich Village.  I went down to see it there a few times.  I never dressed up as any of the characters, although I would have made a decent Brad in those years.
