Indeed... if that truly is the plan, the education system truly is broken, and the elites have become completely senile....

On the other hand, if dismantling the education system is a prelude to wiping out 80% of the population, it is perfectly logical, albeit morally bankrupt....

I really can't see how they can do it.  The kids have to be warehoused somehow until extermination day.
