Title: Celestine | Therapeutical Properties and Crystal Information
Post by: azozeo on February 24, 2019, 11:35:41 AM

Celestine is a strontium sulfate with a hardness of 3 – 3.5 on the Mohs scale. Crystallizes in the orthorhombic system. Forms tabular or prismatic crystals, and can be found in massive, fibrous, granular or nodular configurations. It can also be colorless, white, gray, blue and some may also have shades of green, yellow, orange or brown-red.

On the market, the most common variety of Celestine is the Gray-Blue Celestine, found in Madagascar, which tends to form in geodes or clusters. A rare variety of Celestine is the Ohio Celestine, which forms unique gray, whitish or gray-blue tabular crystals up to 20 centimeters.

Some of these crystals are partially transparent, and some are two peaks. The Golden Celestine found in Eastern Europe became very popular in the 1990s, but it disappeared from the market.

Celestine brings gentle, uplifting energy that helps us expand our consciousness to higher levels. It is one of the most effective stones for accessing angelic realms and facilitates communication with guardian angels.

It stimulates the chakra of the third eye and the crown chakra, as well as the etheric chakras, those above the head. It is a delicate stone, both physically and energetically.

As we expand our consciousness, the Celestine makes us feel like we’re floating on a cloud rather than flying a rocket.
